Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic

Account Manager

to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure overall client satisfaction. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities for expansion, and supporting the successful integration of new products and services.

1. Client Portfolio Management



Manages a dedicated portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

2. Account Development



Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to expand client accounts by introducing new products and services. Works closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.

3. New Product Integration



Coordinates the introduction of new products to client accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with client requirements. Provides product training or guidance to clients as needed to maximize adoption and usage.

4. Performance Analysis



Monitors account performance, tracking sales trends and client activity to identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Prepares reports and insights to support strategic decision-making and account planning.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams



Works closely with the Sales Back Office Manager, Data Entry team, and other departments to ensure accurate order processing and client satisfaction. Communicates client feedback and market trends to inform product development and company strategy.

6. Customer Support and Issue Resolution



Addresses client inquiries or issues promptly, providing effective solutions to ensure a positive experience. Escalates more complex issues to the appropriate teams or managers when necessary.

7. Market Research and Opportunity Identification



Conducts market research to identify potential opportunities for account growth or new client acquisition. Stays up-to-date on industry trends to proactively recommend solutions to clients
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
