About the Role
To support increasing demand for Trueform's range of products, the company is looking to recruit a technical sales & business development executive to assist the sales team. The candidate will work closely with the sales, design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
The position would suit applicants with a sales, design and/or engineering background wishing to forge a career in the technical sales & business development arena.
Responsibilities & Duties
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
To identify and pursue new business opportunities
Assist the sales department with sales enquiries and customer management.
Assist in the management of sales enquiries and the production of quotations.
Manage and maintain company CRM system
Assist in the preparation of competitive tenders
Assist in pipeline sales conversion by follow up calls and pro-active prospecting
Attend face to face sales meetings, exhibitions and conferences as required

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in the rail industry
Familiarity with Engineering, Procurement, Construction Sales processes
Knowledge and understanding of the rail industry and routes to market
