Title of Post: Sales Campaign Executive

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) (but would consider part-time 30-hours /4-day week)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Fitwise Office, Blackburn House, Bathgate

Responsible to: Head of Sales & Marketing

Salary: 28,500 FTE (plus bonus scheme - OTE 31,500)

Job Purpose:



To develop and implement effective sales plans to profitably sell exhibition space, sponsorship, and journal advertising opportunities on behalf of Fitwise and/or its clients. Principally the role will involve sales, key account management, and business development research.

Principle Accountabilities / Objectives:



The role will involve working alongside the wider Sales and Marketing Team to prepare, develop and implement exhibition sales plans for all events organised by Fitwise in addition to sponsorship and journal advertising sales to medical device and pharmaceutical companies. It will involve both a combination of face-to-face, email and telesales to maximise income for Fitwise clients and associated sales and profitability for Fitwise.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Prepare and implement exhibition and sponsorship sales plans which deliver the income/profit objectives of the client and Fitwise.



2. Prepare and implement sponsorship plans for each association for activities outside of their events such as:



Journal/newsletter sales, website advertising, corporate membership, trustee meetings, and webinars

3. Sales Reporting



Identify forecasts and develop pricing strategies

Monitor results of designated sales targets

4. Sales Management



Key account management

Regular meetings both face-to-face and virtually with clients

Developing proposals to increase income to be shared with clients

Activities to achieve the above will include:-



Developing sales collateral with support from the marketing team (prospectus / floorplan / emails / LinkedIn posts)

Face-to-face and telesales to achieve/exceed all sales targets

Researching and following up new prospects and leads to secure new business

Providing customers with quotations

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Recording and processing sales secured

Developing and maintaining CRM system to retain an accurate and useful record of our interactions and agreements with our partners

Representing Fitwise or its clients at exhibitions and events

Skills / Knowledge and Qualifications:



Required:

Excellent attention to detail and proven project management skills

Success and target driven - motivated to exceed expectations

Experience of sales and business development success

Adopts a methodical and systematic approach to work and time management

IT proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, GoldVision, Eshot, LinkedIn)

Written and verbal skills are clear and concise

Ability to work autonomously on assigned events

Strong team player who can hit the ground running and take ownership of accounts

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Desirable:

Ideally educated to graduate level or equivalent.

2-3 years sales experience

Previous experience of exhibitions/events

Previous experience of working within the B2B and/or healthcare sector

Working Environment:



The Fitwise Office is in Seafield, West Lothian

The office location is well served by public transport (postcode EH47 7AQ). While the office is on a bus route, access can be tricky and we encourage candidates to take this into consideration. There is plenty of free parking available.

This is a hybrid role, and we are happy to accommodate a combination of home / office working (Usually 3 days in the office and 2 at home).

Requirement to attend a number of events each year and visit client, which will often involve a couple of overnight stays each / requirement to work occasionally outside normal working hours including evenings and weekends.

Remuneration Package



28,500 FTE (plus bonus scheme - OTE 31,500)

Time-in-lieu for any additional hours worked over contract

Company Contributory Pension

Holidays are 30 days per year - these include all stat/Bank holidays
