Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for engaging potential clients, closing sales deals, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions during the deal closure process. They will collaborate with team members, review agreements, and assist in activities related to escrow and post-sale customer service. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment.
Qualifications
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
Proficiency in Deal Closure, Closings, and Negotiation processes to secure business opportunities
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work with targets
An understanding of sales CRM tools and practices is an advantage
Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred
What you will do
1.) Lead fills out a form to be contacted. (Warm leads)
2.) You will call the lead, build rapport and qualify them -> then book a zoom call.
3.) On the zoom call, offer them our program.
4.) Close the deal and pass on to customer success manager.

Close warm leads into the accelerator.
Run a clean, repeatable call structure: diagnose ? gap ? plan ? close.
Handle objections confidently (timing, price, partner approval, "need to think", comparing other accelerators).
Keep CRM spotless: next steps, notes, pipeline stages, conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging based on real founder feedback.
Maintain a high standard of integrity: clear expectations, no overpromising.
Who we're looking for
Proven closer experience (high-ticket coaching/consulting, B2B services, or startup programs).
Strong founder psychology: you can challenge politely, create urgency without being pushy.
You can sell outcomes (credibility, investor readiness, intros, pitching day access) not "features".
Excellent follow-up discipline.
Excellent Pipeline management.
Comfortable with UK time zones; remote-friendly.
