Sales Consultant (Holiday Home Sales)



Salary:

Base 24,421 per annum (OTE c40k with commission)

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent Contract

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, 5 days including weekend and Bank Holiday working with occasional evenings for sales events. We would also consider part-time hours but must include at least one weekend day.

We are now looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team working across the two locations.

About The Role:



As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring all leads are managed effectively to give a great customer experience and maximise profitable sales across both parks. You will complete all stages of the Sales Process efficiently and compliantly using the ParcVu system (full training will be given). You will enjoy identifying new opportunities to promote our brand and optimise sales and contribute ideas and suggestions for ways to raise the profile of the parks and the units for sales. You will help maintain sales literature, display screens and our website.

What you will do:



Drive sales through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions. Promote our range of products including holiday homes and lodges, at both Kelling Heath and Woodhill Park to prospective buyers. Engage with potential customers on-park, via phone, email, and online channels. Provide excellent service, guiding purchasers through the buying process. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing owners. Attend exhibitions, show events, and external sales opportunities to promote the park. Exceed individual sales targets. Use the ParcVu system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Be flexible in your hours and days of work to meet business needs and support sales events.

What you will bring:



Previous consumer facing sales experience Strong communication skills - written and verbal. Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent service. Ability to work to targets and deadlines, with a proven track record of success. Good understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools (full training will be given on ParcVu). A genuine interest in outdoor leisure and holiday parks would be a bonus.
