We are looking for a driven and confident

Sales Consultant

to join our team at

Superb Modular & Camhirst Robots

-- leaders in modular housing, bespoke steel-frame systems, and 3D construction printing technology.

This is

not a retail sales role

. You will be speaking with

warm leads and interested businesses

such as architects, developers, investors, housing associations, landowners and construction companies. Your goal is to build relationships, understand their needs, and book meetings or demonstrations with our senior team.

You will be selling

innovative solutions that save time, cut construction costs and deliver future-ready housing

, not traditional consumer products.

Responsibilities



Contact warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling). Speak with architects, developers, investors and housing organisations to understand their needs. Present our solutions: modular homes, bespoke steel-frame systems, and 3D construction printing. Book qualified meetings, site visits or online demos for senior sales/technical teams. Log all calls, notes, and follow-up tasks in

HubSpot CRM

(training provided). Send follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages where needed. Maintain professional relationships and provide excellent service to potential clients. Work towards weekly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads progressed.

Skills & Requirements



Confident speaking voice and strong communication skills. Sales, real estate, construction, or B2B experience is preferred but not essential. Good organisation -- can take notes and schedule follow-ups using a CRM. Motivated, professional and able to work independently. Must be based in either

UK (for UK leads)

or

Dubai/UAE (for UAE leads)

. Willingness to learn about modular construction and 3D printing technology (full training given).
