Job Description

This is a hands-on, fast-paced apprenticeship offering exposure to a wide range of business functions, including sales, administration, customer service, and marketing. You'll gain practical experience while supporting our UK and international teams, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop skills essential for a future career in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to engage with a variety of customers -- from individuals to global corporate clients Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills through phone and email correspondence and in-person office interactions Assist in preparing and submitting customer quotations based on product knowledge and client requirements Input and manage customer enquiries and orders using our ERP system, ensuring accurate history tracking and task scheduling Support project coordination by liaising with customers and subcontractors for installation planning Get involved in digital marketing activities, including website content, Google Ads, and social media campaigns Build your technical confidence by providing basic IT-related support to customers

Requirements

Aged 16 or over Living in England Not in full-time education

Desired Skills & Attributes

Basic computer literacy Strong written and verbal English Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks under pressure Keen attention to detail Team player with a problem-solving mindset Clear and professional phone manner Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) in English and Maths or equivalent
