Overview

This is a varied role combining sales assistant responsibilities with content creation and coordination. One day you might be assisting customers, another day filming or photographing products, and another helping prepare for a new product launch. You'll be an important part of making sure our day-to-day operations and brand storytelling work seamlessly together.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

Welcome and assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keep stock replenished and displays visually appealing. Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, or online. Maintain strong product knowledge, including the cultural background and significance of our range.

Content & Coordination Duties

Create engaging content to promote products and connect with our audience. Assist with product photography and writing compelling descriptions. Help plan small promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. Spot opportunities for trending content or products to feature. Support the team with stock checks, merchandising, and operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator -- comfortable both in person and on camera. Hands-on, organised, and proactive with a can-do attitude. Creative eye for content and presentation. Appreciation for the cultural value and heritage of our products.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 12.22-14.06 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
