THE COMPANY:

Envico Engineering Ltd is an Award-Winning progressive company who is a market leader in their specialised fields. We have 2 sites in South Wales and a further site in Glasgow as part of our recent expansion supporting our growing client base and orderbook.

We design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. Envico Engineering Ltd is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation approaching 50 years of manufacturing in the Swansea area and have expanded by opening a new site in Scotland to cater for growing demand for our product.

As Envico continues to thrive and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our growing Sales Team with an experienced driven individual who has will support our busy sales team. This is an exciting period of growth and development for Envico, and the successful applicant will be a key part of our Swansea Sales Team.

THE ROLE:

Based in our busy Llansamlet Sales office, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You will also deal internally with production and transport ensuring the customer receives a proficient and professional service. As this role is based mainly on the telephone, you must be confident in making and receiving calls. You will also carry out a range of general administrative duties such as inputting on to our ERP system, scanning, copying, and filing, the list is not exhaustive.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

You will be organised, methodical with a good telephone manner and confident approach. You will be computer literate in MS Office and ideally have previous experience in a sales/customer service role. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Pay: 26,208.00 per year
