We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department's operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while developing your skills in sales and administration.
Assist the Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for the sales team
Prepare and distribute internal sales reports, track sales performance.
Handle incoming inquiries for group and individual bookings, directing them to the appropriate Sales Manager
Organize and maintain filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence
Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events, ensuring all client requests are promptly addressed
Process contracts, client information, and booking details in the organization's management and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to all inquiries
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and promotional emails
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
Track and monitor client feedback, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as needed
