What you'll be doing...

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients enquiring about conferences, meetings, banquets, and private events. You'll play a vital role in converting leads into bookings, building relationships, and supporting the wider team in delivering exceptional experiences.

Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing professional and timely responses Preparing and issuing proposals, contracts, and event confirmations Maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales activity in the CRM system Supporting the Sales Manager in developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts Coordinating with operations and events teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings Contributing ideas to sales campaigns, promotions, and packages to attract new clients

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What can you bring?

A customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once Confidence in building rapport with clients and closing sales Drive to succeed, motivated by targets and achieving results Experience in hospitality, events, or sales (preferred but not essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM or booking systems
