Fixed Term Sales Co-Ordinator

Full Time office-based role in Clyst St Mary, Exeter

The Role

The successful applicant will be based at our Exeter depot and will be responsible for coordinating customer sales and handling enquiries, orders, and queries received by phone, via the website, and through email. Sales orders are processed and managed using our Sage 50 accounts system. Prior experience in a similar role in not essential as training will be given.

The Role will include:

Understanding the product range. Speaking to and emailing customers regarding their orders and enquiries. Processing customer orders on our Sage 50 accounts system. Co-ordinating orders for dispatching via courier. Co-ordinating orders for delivery by our own vehicles from multiple depots. Contacting customers to confirm deliveries and expected delivery times. Using Stream delivery software to assist the planning team.

The Candidate

Customer focused with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Good communication skills via email and phone. Prior experience of Sage 50 accounts, although not essential as training will be given. A positive, confident, friendly, and conscientious character who can work as part of a team. Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook.

Temporary Full Time Contract - based at the head office at Hill Barton Business Park, Exeter. EX5 1SA Contract will be for 6 months 1st March - 31st August 2026 Office Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on a Friday
