RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales Coordinator is responsible for:

Maintain master data to support accurate transaction processing Implement and monitor sales policies to ensure compliance and consistency Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations as required Coordinate order processing and fulfilment to meet delivery schedules Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements, and follow up to confirm receipt and completion of payment.

TASKS



Sales Coordinator takes care of:

Update and maintain customer data in SAP/CRM Participate in optimising SAP usage wherever possible Ensure that commercial contract terms comply with Company policies Learn key features of VIKING's product range and business rules to independently prepare quotations Create quotations and sales orders Resolve customer issues and requests Support sales staff in resolving customer issues and requests Monitor orders from entry to delivery Enter sales orders into SAP, ensuring completeness and accuracy of sales prices Create purchase orders (PO) for deliveries from third parties Plan and manage timely and satisfactory delivery of orders Make pre-alerts of shipments to Sales Support Follow up on delivery times and report delays to Sales and Sales Support Report and escalate issues related to delivery or order processing Maintain updated orders according to customer requirements Ensure drawings and documentation are completed and submitted per contract/order requirements Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements, and follow up to confirm receipt and completion of payment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
