As a

Sales Coordinator

based in

Leeds

you'll be responsible for:


Ensure that quote requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner Provide a customer interface for the business by telephone, fax, E mail, post and face to face ensuring the communication flow is smooth and efficient Identify, expand and develop new business opportunities in conjunction with the relevant Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager Ensure that customer enquiries and queries are progressed and answered in a timely and professional manner Establish good relationships with customers, both internal and external to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives Ensure that sales orders a processed in an accurate and timely manner

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm on alternate weeks.


And here's what we'd like you to have:



Previous Merchanting experience would be ideal but is not essential Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships, both in person and over the telephone
