We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities



Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up on potential clients through cold calling and email outreach. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and opportunities using CRM software Coordinate product demos and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our offerings effectively. Support account management by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying upselling opportunities. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for business development. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide administrative support for sales meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system. Assist in territory management by analyzing performance metrics and optimizing resource allocation.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or B2B sales environments is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus. Proficient in CRM software usage, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding sales strategies. Ability to conduct product demos that effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders. Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is advantageous.
