Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries Coordinate sales activities and manage client communications Develop leads for business development colleagues Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information Support the estimating team in the preparation of estimates and quotes Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales support Experience within the construction, landscape or sub contracting industries Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good written and spoken English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Knowledge of the landscaping industry is a plus
