Service and Repairs Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Actively looking for new business Estimate costs of repairs and service agreements and sending quotations Report to the Service & Repairs Divisional Manager Willingness to achieve set out KPIs and targets Scheduling, developing and maintaining relationships with engineers and clients Managing multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new and existing clients Updating records to customer accounts on our CRM System

What we are looking for

Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills. Excellent organisational skills. Team player "Can do" attitude with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and a great personality Computer literate with basic MS office skills as a minimum A background within construction / moveable wall industry is an advantage however, training will be provided. Background in sales and customer service
