About the Role:

Piping Rock UK is looking for a Sales Coordinator to help manage and develop our wholesale accounts. You'll be involved with orders, promotions, marketing, and customer relationships. What You'll Do:

Keep orders flowing smoothly, managing confirmations and stock checks. Maintain product information, artwork, and retailer portals so everything is up to date. Collate important product documents, including IFS, CoAs, and CoCs. Help with sales offers, promotions, and clearance quotes. Track sales, monitor stock, and support forecasting. Coordinate pricing and promotions, ensuring agreements are implemented accurately. Build relationships with customers, responding to queries and resolving issues quickly. Support range reviews, including NPD timelines, submissions, and sample deliveries. Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Design, and Regulatory teams. Assist with marketing activities, LinkedIn posts, and internal campaigns. Support the Wholesale team by flagging risks, providing updates, and preparing for key meetings or tradeshows. Handle ad-hoc requests from the team and customers. Assist with new line forms and retailer onboarding documentation.

About You :

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communicator, comfortable liaising with colleagues and retail customers both verbal and written Confident with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Comfortable working with data, reports, and forecasts. Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines. A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
