Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between various stakeholders. The working hours will be 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Duties

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions. Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies and materials with sales goals. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary documentation and information. Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing to ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
