Person required to assist coordinating and supporting the sales team by managing and setting appointments. Communicating with corporate, commercial and domestic clients moving home domestically and overseas. Preparing Quotations, sales follow ups and other administration duties. The candidate must have a pleasant and confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft office and preferably someone with tele-sales experience. 40 hour week from 09:00am to 17:30pm and one Saturday morning (9.00am -12.00pm) every 5 weeks.
Welcome visitors at reception and handle general enquiries.
Arrange and coordinate the sales staff's diaries for in-house appointments or video calls surveys.
Coordinate home removal schedules and manage the distribution of sales documentation, including customs forms for European relocations, in support of the sales team.
Prepare sales quotations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of pricing information and service details to clients.
Respond to online and telephone enquiries with a calm and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Liaise between internal departments, corporate clients, and private clients to ensure services are tailored to their specific needs, budgets, timescales, and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering timely and accurate updates on relocations and KPI's.
