The role
:
This is a key role within the UK Sales team to manage, optimise and enhance our Customer Relationship Management systems and processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales team operates efficiently, data is accurately maintained, and business insights are efficiently leveraged to drive growth.
Duties will include:
CRM Administration and Optimisation
Maintain, update, and ensure data integrity within the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, and integrations with other business systems.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM usability and adoption across the sales team.
Regularly audit and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Sales Operations Support
Support the sales team with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and deliver dashboards, performance reports, and KPI metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with Marketing to align lead management, campaign tracking, and conversion processes.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on CRM use and best practices.
Analytics and Insights
Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Provide actionable insights to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.
System Enhancements and Projects
Liaise with IT or external vendors on CRM upgrades, customisations, and integrations.
Manage CRM-related projects such as automation enhancements, reporting improvements, and user experience upgrades.
Support the implementation of new tools or systems that integrate with the CRM to enhance sales efficiency.
The requirements:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (preferably Hubspot) and be adept at learning new software and systems. You will also have the following skills:
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Project management and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in market trends and customer behaviour
Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Office Packages
Excellent organisation skills
