About the role
We are looking for a proactive
Sales & Customer Accounts Executive
to support our growing sales function and help increase awareness of
Salon Tracker
, our industry-leading salon management platform.
This is a
team-based sales role
, focused on lead handling, product demonstrations, customer communication, and marketing support -- not high-pressure selling.
Responsibilities:
Handling prospective business leads to support company sales growth
Demonstrating the software via online demos, web assistance, and in-person events
Supporting the Sales team with customer account management
Managing your own daily administrative tasks and lead pipeline
Handling customer telephone calls, enquiries, and emails
Assisting with occasional customer account support
Supporting office administrative tasks as required
Attending trade shows, sales events, and customer site visits when needed
Helping to create content for social media marketing posts
About you
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and online
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident demonstrating products or learning to do so
Interested in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience is helpful but not essential
Education
5 GCSE's ( Including Maths and English) Grade 4/C or above (Required)

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (35 hours per week).
