Essential

Confident and clear telephone manner Comfortable discussing money, pricing, and product recommendations Strong customer focus with a commercial mindset Organised and able to manage multiple accounts Willingness to learn products and improve sales skills Previous telesales, account management, or sales experience Experience working with CRM or ERP systems

Desirable (but not essential)

Background in foodservice, retail, or hospitality sales

Role Overview

As a

Sales & Customer Service Executive

, your role is to

grow sales from existing customers

while delivering a consistently high standard of service. You will manage a portfolio of accounts over the phone, identifying opportunities to increase spend, introduce new products, and strengthen long-term relationships.

This is

not a passive order-taking role

. Success comes from asking the right questions, spotting opportunities, and confidently recommending products that genuinely benefit the customer.
