What You'll Be Doing:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, and email
Providing expert advice on our product range
Processing orders and managing returns
Maintaining accurate customer records
Supporting the sales team to meet performance goals
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills (email, CRM systems, etc.)
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, but not essential
