Known for aerial, satellite, and AV distribution, we're now moving into Fibre and Networking--and we want you to grow with us! This new role will support the wider team with admin and tasks relating to both sales and customer service.
You might not know our name, but you'll know our products. A family business, we're proud to be expanding and growing whilst others in the industry stagnate or struggle.
No two days in this role are the same, and your typical week will include a mix of:
Providing customer service over the phone including basic product technical queries
Maintaining daily sales workflow and accurate customer and sales data on our systems.
Sorting incoming deliveries at reception and ensuring they are processed accurately.
Maintaining customer relationships by phone, by email, supporting them with their enquiries and product queries, spotting opportunities to enhance their current product range
Handling all sales admin: orders, quotes, phone calls, credit notes, and enquiries.
Taking part in charity events (if you'd like to) and team building activities with the wider team.
Serving customers on the trade counter when required on an ad hoc basis.
