Sales & Customer Service Executive – Post Office Sector

We are a well-established and recognised supplier of packaging, stationery, toys and gifts to the Post Office sector across the UK. With over 10 years of industry experience, we provide thousands of essential products to Post Office locations nationwide. Duties



Manage orders and enquiries from Post Office branches across the UK.

Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to Post Office locations.

Liaise with Post Office managers and staff to advise on appropriate products and services.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in developing and updating product catalogues and order forms specific to the Post Office sector.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements in products and service delivery.

Telephone outreach to new prospective Post Offices who currently are not aware of our products & services.

Attend annual trade conferences and shows showcasing our products.

Upselling and cross selling to new and existing post offices.


Experience



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 25,400.00-30,000.00 per year
