Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our established team at our head office in CODE Leicester. CODE is an award-winning, independent, private provider that designs, builds & manages self-contained student accommodation.

You will become part of the team based at our head office site in Leicester, housing 1,041 students, with exceptional facilities.

You will be part of a busy, customer-focused team responsible for looking after students from their initial point of interest to living with us as a tenant. It is a varied role, including computer-based tasks and documentation, tenancy preparation and completion, processing payments and chasing debts, and customer interaction in person, by phone and online.

Hours:



Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm - and working Saturdays on a rotation basis (usually one in three with a day to be taken in lieu the following week). Please note that due to our busy turnaround period, we are unable to grant holiday requests during August and September.
