About the Role

We are a fast-growing online supplier of DIY sign writing graphics and magnetic signs. Our unique pre-cut vinyl kits allow customers to save up to 50% on professional-quality van and vehicle signage while making installation simple and stress-free.

We receive a large number of inquiries daily via WhatsApp from customers looking for more information before purchasing. We're looking for a

proactive, friendly, and confident Sales & Customer Service Representative

to help us convert more of these leads into paying customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to WhatsApp customer inquiries in a professional and personable manner.

Call customers

who request more info to build rapport and explain products. Follow up with undecided leads via phone/WhatsApp to close sales. Provide excellent general customer service (order updates, product guidance). Maintain a simple CRM or WhatsApp tagging system to track and re-engage leads. Upsell additional products and encourage repeat purchases.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in

sales, telesales, or customer service

(phone-based experience preferred). Confident, friendly communication style with strong people skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales naturally (without hard selling). Self-motivated and target-driven. Comfortable working independently and managing your own leads.

Compensation

Basic salary + performance-based commission.
