The Opportunity




As our Sales Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Safetykleen continues to evolve and excel in meeting the future needs of our customers!


By leveraging data analysis and insights, you will identify opportunities within our existing customer base, optimise sales strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for turning data into growth.

Safetykleen is the leading provider of Parts Cleaning, Waste Collection and Environmental Advisory services to businesses. Our operations encompass 14 countries. Safetykleen employs over 2,000 people across 92 branches and delivers over 1 million services per year.


Priority Responsibilities




Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within the existing customer base. Deliver actionable insights to enhance customer retention and strengthen partnerships by identifying opportunities for tailored cross-sell and upsell strategies that meet customer needs and add value. Identify whitespace across territories and recommend growth initiatives. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor customer behaviour, sales performance, and KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted campaigns, projects, processes and strategies. Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to benchmark performance and uncover new growth opportunities. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Drive the adoption of data-driven approaches and tools across the sales organisation.

Baseline Experience & Competencies




Proven experience in a data analysis or insights role, preferably within sales or marketing. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools in particular, Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in customer segmentation and retention strategies is highly desirable.
