We are looking for a
Sales Development Executive
who can support clinicians make the right choices to achieve excellence in patient outcomes by choosing the best medical equipment for their practise or sports organisation. In turn helping to support the growth of IPRS Mediquipe.
As a
Sales Development Executive
for IPRS Mediquipe you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for promoting our portfolio of innovative physiotherapy and electrotherapy devices, as well as medical imaging solutions, to healthcare professionals and institutions across the UK and Ireland.
As a
Sales Development Executive
for IPRS Mediquipe, you will be responsible for driving sales of electrotherapy and medical imaging devices to our customer base of clinics, universities hospitals, and professional sports teams.
Responsibilities consist of:
Proactively generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Present product demonstrations and conduct sales meetings with healthcare professionals or Sports Performance departments.
Understand and communicate the clinical and commercial value of IPRS Mediquipe's solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaign initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.
Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and training sessions as needed.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities are essential, along with the ability to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
A degree in a relevant field such as Sports Science or Physiotherapy. Or Business Management
Experience:
Proven track record of excelling in a target driven sales environment. Ideally selling medical devices
Knowledge:
Solid foundation and understanding of Anatomy and Physiology
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and decision makers.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities are essential, along with the ability to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly.
You should be a self motivated, target driven individual with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Salary 30,000 - 40,000 per annum with uncapped commission. Plus car allowance.
