Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reading, Berkshire (Office-based)

Salary:

30,000 base + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services Consistently work towards and exceed performance targets
