The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead the growth of our residential division. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the strategy and execution of sales activity -- and to share in the company's success through an equity stake.
You will:
Develop and deliver a sales strategy for the residential market (windows, doors, conservatories and roofline)
Drive homeowner enquiries and convert them through to order and installation
Build and manage relationships with homeowners, local property owners, estate agents and builder/refurbishment partners across our region
Conduct site visits or work with surveyors/estimators to prepare quotations and proposals
Collaborate closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure a first-class customer experience from enquiry to completion
Report directly to the company directors, contributing to the wider growth strategy and future of the business
About You
Proven sales experience in the residential windows, doors, glazing or home improvement industry
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
Commercially aware, self-motivated and confident working in a smaller business where ownership and accountability matter
Hands-on and proactive - you'll lead from the front, shape the sales process and deliver results
Ambitious and driven to grow with the company, with a genuine interest in taking on a leadership role with a real stake in the future
