solutions are trusted by organisations in the UK and worldwide. With expertise in project

management, delivery, installation, commissioning, ongoing maintenance, and contingency

planning, we cater to specific power requirements across industries.

We are seeking a;

a)

board-level Sales Director to support our ambitious growth plans

,

b)

based at our Evesham HQ

.

c) this role will be

instrumental in driving sales and business development strategy,



d)

leading a high-performing sales team

, and

e)

expanding key customer relationships to accelerate business growth

.

Key Responsibilities:



?

Strategic and Team Leadership

:

a)

Lead, inspire, and grow a cross-functional, highly technical sales team

, including Coordinators, Applications Engineers, Key Account Managers, and support staff.

b)

Set clear team and company objectives

, and

c)

support the team in achieving both individual and organisational goals

.

d)

Motivate the team at all times, driving positivity and recognising successes,



?

Commercial and Business Development

:

a)

Drive sustainable revenue growth

by managing

existing and new

key accounts

,

b)

Drive M&A proposals

from markets we operate in as targets for potential acquisitions

,



c)

Expanding customer relationships

,

and identifying further opportunities

across key sectors.

d)

Monitor our competition and report back regularly

to the board on industry developments,

e)

Design and initiate strategic objectives to both cement and develop our ESG credentials

as a business

f)

Manage the sales and business development pipeline

and work with the board to agree annual forecasts and budgets and thereafter to initiate capital investment proposals for evaluation when required

g)

Oversee the sales function of the business

from lead generation and tendering processes through to award,

h)

ensuring the highest quality and standards are consistently met

.

i)

Act as a primary party on all comm's to the markets we serve.

Account Management & Customer Relations

:

a)

Take full responsibility for high-profile customers

, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and loyalty.

b)

Lead the team in growing the customer base

with repeatable accounts within key sectors.

Proposal and Contractual

:

a)

Oversee detailed, competitive proposals and manage the full contractual process

, encompassing legal, commercial, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:



a) Engage

with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders,

acting as a visible leader at all times,



b)

Become an ambassador of the Woodlands Power brand

in both existing and new markets

c)

Leading discussions and major project meetings

to ensure alignment and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle,

d)

Assisting with successful project completion

.
