GBA Global Solutions provides 24/7/365 UK national and global coverage from two main control centres and two hubs, focussed on domestic and European aerospace & airside logistics services (branded as 'GBA Skyway'), and global forwarding.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This will include identifying new business opportunities and developing current customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Management and development of a high-performing sales team. This will involve setting clear goals, objectives and KPIs, whilst also providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Establishing and overseeing the achievement of a sales pipeline/targets and revenue and profit goals.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure the sales efforts are aligned with the overall company strategy.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
About you
Experience in management of sales teams
10 years sales experience and 5 years of sales leadership experience
Basic cost and financial data collection and interpretation
Experience in detailed report building
Degree Level qualification - Desirable
Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
5 Year checkable employment history
Right to work in UK & no disqualifying convictions for working airside
