This position blends strategic commercial leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping direction while remaining close to customers and partners.



You'll be responsible for expanding UK market share, developing national and multi-site customer relationships, and building high-performing distributor networks across sectors including hospitality, retail, catering, leisure, and more.



What you'll be doing:

Develop and deliver a UK growth and sales strategy aligned with wider international objectives Lead, mentor and develop a small, high-impact sales team Own and grow major national accounts, negotiating commercial agreements and long-term partnerships Strengthen and expand distributor and partner networks through structured programmes and performance management Work cross-functionally with marketing, service and operations to deliver cohesive customer solutions Provide accurate forecasting, commercial insight and performance reporting

What you'll bring:

Senior B2B commercial leadership experience within foodservice, drinks brands, hospitality, retail or related sectors Proven success managing national or multi-site accounts Experience building and optimising distributor or partner channels Strategic, commercially astute and comfortable operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment Happy to travel across the UK, with very occasional European travel


This is a

UK-wide role

so you can be based wherever - as long as you're happy visiting company offices in the Midlands from time to time.
