Synapri is partnered with an innovative SaaS business looking to hire a Sales Enablement Executive to drive the adoption of digital sales tools, techniques, and strategies across their commercial teams.


This is a key role focused on empowering sales teams to perform at their best through impactful enablement programs, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities



Design and deliver engaging sales enablement programs focused on digital sales best practices Develop training on tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and sales intelligence platforms Create sales playbooks, job aids, and on-demand resources Measure the impact of enablement programs and optimise based on performance data Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment Stay up to date on digital sales trends and tools to continuously improve programs

What We're Looking For



3+ years in sales enablement, digital sales, or sales training (ideally within a SaaS environment) Strong understanding of digital sales methodologies and tools (CRM, automation, intelligence platforms) Proven experience designing and delivering high-impact training Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Analytical mindset with strong organisational abilities
