About the Role




The purpose of our Sales Enablement Lead is to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our Corporate Sales team. As our Corporate CRM expert, this role is central to optimising our Freshsales CRM system, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring our sales infrastructure supports the achievement of strategic goals.


The Sales Enablement Lead acts as a bridge between the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring smooth timely support for Travel Counsellors, delivery of high-quality data, and insightful performance reporting. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role critical to maintaining our sales momentum and scaling our capabilities through intelligent systems, processes, and analytics.

Principal Accountabilities




The role will deliver:

High CRM support and adoption across the sales and TC community. Adherence to Rules of Engagement. Accurate, real-time sales dashboards and reports. Business forecasting that provides insight into expected traded growth. Actionable insights that help measure performance against growth strategies.
