Job Overview:




As The Sales Enablement Specialist, you support sales training efforts and be a point person in enabling the sales organization on new initiatives and sales methodology. This versatile role requires you to be innovative and ready to change course as needed - you could be managing projects one day, collaborating with product marketing another, and running a training session for new hires the next. You will be in charge of supporting several sales segments and will aid in the planning of our biggest event, Revenue Kickoff. There is never a dull moment on the Sales Enablement Team and if you are looking for a role where you can make a very real impact everyday, this is the team for you.

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, a typical day might include:



Prepare new sales hires by conducting onboarding training, developing individual training plans; providing resources; organizing our LMS/CMS Evaluate training curriculum effectiveness and determine needs; improve effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, and propose content/curriculum adjustments Act as a facilitator for sales training with a focus on refreshing content based on product value, new products & features and competitive positioning Assist with the organization of revenue kickoffs and build content in partnership with responsible departments Coordinate and schedule sales training and enablement calendars and logistics. Project management of sales enablement initiatives and sales training revamps Oversee different initiatives/projects related to enabling the sales team to sell as effectively and efficiently as possible Manage internal relationships cross-functionally and external vendors Occasional domestic and international travel required

You are a communication superstar with superior writing skills and strong presentation skills You have a solid understanding of sales processes, SaaS lifecycles, and modern methodologies You have strong/proven project management experience You have superior organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment You are self-driven: integrity and great follow through on tasks; doesn't get overwhelmed easily; naturally curious, fast learner You are self-aware, obsessively detail-oriented, well-spoken and innovative. You have the ability to influence and lead without organizational authority.

Bonus points for:



BS/BA in a relevant field Understanding of adult learning, development concepts, designing relevant training and the leading solution selling methodologies. International Business Experience LMS/CMS Experience Prior experience facilitating training and delivering presentations. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & G-Suite (any graphic design skills and Photoshop skills, a plus). Experience in public speaking/teaching/coaching
