Silvermere Golf Club (Part of the Dwellcourt Group ) is looking for a confident and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team and drive event sales at our prestigious golf club in Surrey
As our Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for all event enquiries ranging from weddings, celebrations, and corporate functions. You'll provide exceptional service, convert enquiries into bookings, and ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Previous experience in Events co-ordination and Hospitality are essential competencies for the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of understanding client needs and selling the right package to meet those needs.
We anticipate that the successful candidate will have had at least 2 years of comparable experience in order to have experienced the full range of annual events and be able to successfully do the role.
This full-time position will involve assisting in taking bookings, running events (which includes some evening and weekend shifts), and working closely to assist the Sales & Events Manager as part of the operations team. The understanding and ability to create lifestyle content for social media is also an important part of this role. This will lead to support with both digital and print marketing.
