The Role of a Sales Events Coordinator
As the Sales Events Coordinator you will take on full day-to-day responsibility for the utilisation of the hotel's meeting spaces and represents a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills at a luxury product.
You will get involved with:
Managing client enquiries ensuring relevant information is communicated efficiently
Organise the events booking system
Develop a close working relationship with regular clients and work on expanding this client base
Pro-actively prospect new business through sales calls, site inspections, networking and attending trade shows
Ensure all equipment for events is ordered and arrives in advance and invoices are process appropriately
Keep up to date with current market trends and share this knowledge with the team
Assist in creating offers and promotions where appropriate
Liaise with all departments across the hotel to ensure its smooth running
To be successful in this role you will be a confident highly motivated individual who is committed to achieve results. You will be extremely organised and can manage and prioritise a busy workload and tasks to deadlines and enjoy being part of a team.
