Salary: 26,000 - 31,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Event Overtime Pay

We are a leading catering & events company working with some of London's most creative and forward-thinking businesses and venues. We are looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator with a natural flair for building client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is split between reactive event sales and account management and phone-based outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, target-driven, and experienced in converting warm leads into repeat business, while also supporting the delivery of small to medium-sized events.

Key Responsibilities
Events & Booking Management
Manage event bookings for corporate, shoots, venues, and other London events from initial inquiry to completion.
Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into confirmed catering bookings.
Prepare accurate booking documentation including order sheets, allergens, and event schedules.
Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all events and orders.
Attend and support onsite events when required.
Participate in community outreach, including supporting our soup kitchen initiatives. You may be required to help with our Soup Kitchen during work hours.
Comfortable working simultaneously across a high volume of bookings and events in a small but high-peforming team.
Sales & Outreach
Proactively generate new leads via phone and email.
Identify and target potential clients across industries such as fashion, media, tech, and corporate spheres.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Consistently hit individual and team sales targets.
Identify upselling opportunities and tailor offerings to client needs.
Track leads, calls, and conversions using CRM.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience
in catering or event sales (similar industries may be considered, but office-based experience is required).
Confident communicator, especially on the phone - you'll spend a good portion of your day engaging with clients.
Target-oriented and motivated by results.
Strong admin and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems.
A love of events and food!
