Overview


We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Events Representative to join our team! This is a dynamic role that blends administrative precision with active sales and business development. Roughly 50% of your time will be spent on admin and data management, and the other 50% on generating and converting new business.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, feels confident on the phone and in person, and can effortlessly switch between managing systems, sales pipelines, and client interactions. Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development (50%)



Actively generate new business through enquiries, follow-ups, networking, and outbound sales

Turn enquiries into confirmed events and bookings

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and repeat customers

Upsell packages, services, and add-ons to maximise revenue

Hit and exceed sales targets, unlocking commission and bonus opportunities

Administration & Data Management (50%)



Accurately manage sales and event data in internal systems

Keep client records, contracts, and booking details up to date

Prepare proposals, confirmations, and sales reports

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery

Maintain well-organised and compliant documentation at all times

Experience



Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, or other customer-focused roles is a plus


Confident and professional communicator, comfortable on the phone and in person



Highly organised with great attention to detail



Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases



Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset



Able to balance administrative tasks with proactive sales and business development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
