Job Summary



Your role as Senior Sales Manager will be to manage the external sales functions to deliver on client expectations.

The role will also involve responsibility of management of key customers to develop long term partnerships.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Sales Manager that has a passion to deliver KPI's across all sectors of our business, and has the personality to excite and influence people.

Responsibilities and Duties



Reporting directly into Group Strategic Head of Sales:

The Role:



Develop and implement a sales process to facilitate the growth of a proactive sales team. Lead by example, coaching, training and building a team of consummate professionals. Manage CRM database and central sales function. Conduct Sales meetings. Manage all aspects of marketing, for lead generation and ongoing communications. To develop, coach and mentor the sales team to optimise performance and facilitate career progression. Develop business through on line channels and social media. To work closely with the sales team to develop relationships with key customers at all levels. Ensure compliance with all legislation. Part field based and part office based. Hands on approach

Location:

Within travelling distance to Head office in Lytham St Annes, on a frequent basis. This is a national role with regular travel required.

Qualifications and Skills

he successful candidate will have:



Formally recognised sales skills and management training. Experience of managing revenues with a collective turnover of no less than 15m per annum. 3 yrs sales management experience within the automotive sector. Confidence to work on own initiative with good planning and preparation skills and a proven ability to deliver results. Must be IT literate and possess a driving licence. Well organised and disciplined, demonstrating the ability to accurately analyse and report information gained. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.
