About the Business

We are an established food producer with a proven, successful range of cheese sauces currently sold in Ireland. Due to strong performance and demand, we are now launching into the UK market.

This is a rare opportunity to be the first UK sales hire, playing a key role in building the brand, customer base, and sales strategy from the ground up, with clear progression as the business grows.

The Role

This is a field-based, autonomous sales role focused on launching and growing our presence in the UK foodservice market, with future involvement in retail expansion.

You will develop new accounts and help shape how the business operates in the UK as volumes grow.

Key Responsibilities

UK Market Launch (Primary Focus)

Lead the launch of our products into the UK foodservice market Identify and win new customers including restaurants, takeaways, caterers, and food operators
Growth & Strategy

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the UK Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and routes to market Help shape distributor and wholesaler relationships Support the future rollout into UK retail
General

Accurately track activity and sales performance Always represent the brand professionally Work closely with senior leadership during the UK expansion phase
What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience in foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality Strong track record of new business development Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Commercially minded and entrepreneurial Willing to travel across the UK
What We Offer
