Sales Executive – Capital Allowances
Job Description
We're after a sharp, energetic Sales Executive to help drive growth in our Capital Allowances team. You'll be speaking with property professionals, accountants and business owners, turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into revenue. No tax wizardry needed on day one, just confidence, hustle and a mind that fires on.
What You'll Do
Generate new business with property owners, investors and accountants
Convert warm inbound leads
Smash KPIs across outreach, demos and closed revenue
What You Bring
Strong communicator who likes speaking to decision-makers
Background in consultative B2B sales
Ability to learn the capital allowances basics fast (training given)
Organised, proactive and steady under a busy lead flow
Positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients save money
