Peterborough

to support our goals for outstanding performance. We finished 2nd in the UK in a recent Retailer of the Year Awards and were placed 1st for Employee Excellence twice, recognising our commitment to developing emerging talent - something we are particularly proud of.

Car sales experience would be preferred, but we have a strong history of employing people new to the industry with the right attitude to learn. Our entire current sales team (including administration & management) were all originally employed as trainees & this is something we are keen to shout about - we don't want to just follow the crowd. That said, we would clearly not hold experience against any potential candidate.

Within the sales team here at Wings SKODA we are far more concerned with employing an attitude than a specific skillset. We believe skills can be taught, but a good attitude & strong work ethic cannot.
