About the Role

MFG Passive Fire Protection is seeking a motivated and professional

Remote Sales Executive

to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a background in sales and a keen interest in the construction and fire protection sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective clients including contractors, building owners, facilities managers, and developers. Research and qualify leads in need of passive fire protection services (e.g., fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation). Promote the company's services and communicate technical benefits to generate interest in quotations or site surveys. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and previous communications to convert opportunities into sales. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in telesales, business development, or customer acquisition (construction industry experience is advantageous). Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner. Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently. Well-organised with effective time management abilities. Basic knowledge of passive fire protection is beneficial (full training provided). Proficient in IT and CRM systems.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
