Regional Sales Executive -London Basic 28k, 10,750 Commission OTE plus Car
Summary
Your main responsibility is to develop existing and new customers within the assigned territory and across all sectors that you are tasked with selling into, in order to hit or exceed sales targets. Within agreed margin guidelines and KPi's you will develop and represent the Matrix brand in a professional manner. This role requires a lot of travel, mainly within the UK and occasionally abroad.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales targets and product mix as agreed with the Regional Head of Sales (HoS), within agreed margin guidelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers and strategic partners.
Update the HoS on market conditions within the region, including the competition and in conjunction with the HoS, develop and execute a regional sales strategy to maximise results and efficiency.
Working both individually and with the Sales Support team, ensure that daily, weekly, monthly activities and pipeline forecasting are accurate and up to date with in the CRM system.
Compile sales and forecast reports as required
Deliver product training both on use of products as well as the benefits of the products to the customer's staff at all sites on a regular basis on all products in the JHT range as required.
Attend internal sales meetings and represent the business at trade shows and new products launches as required.
Qualifications:
Good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Math's and English).
Proven successful track record in sales.
A degree in sports science or similar is preferred, though not essential.
Experience and skills:
Efficient in time management and organisation skills.
Attention to detail and solution focused.
Good communication, both written and oral, as well as strong administrative skills.
Proven selling and presentation skills.
Well networked and good knowledge of the industry.
Self motivated, KPI driven and determined to succeed.
Proficient in MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
