Our location in Letchworth has been established for over 25 years and we pride ourselves on offering the best offers on top quality products such as new and used Peugeot cars and servicing.

What you'll be doing:

Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always

What we need from you:

A full manual driving licence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer's needs Proven sales ability (not necessarily in the motor trade) You will be motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing training and development Be computer literate, including MS packages Smart appearance, friendly and approachable

Salary

OTE circa 42,000 per annum (uncapped), plus company car

Hours

43.25 per week Monday to Sunday (rota)
