About Software Academy

Software Academy is the UK's leading provider of

NCFE-accredited digital skills qualifications for children aged 6 - 16

. We are the

only academy approved by the NCFE to issue qualifications to young learners

, delivering university-level education in coding, games design, AI, 3D animation, and more.

We've grown rapidly and are now looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to help more families and schools discover our programmes.

What Makes This Role Different?

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position is

focused on warm leads

. Parents and schools already reach out to us with interest and your job is to guide them, build confidence, and help them take the final step to enrol.

What You'll Do

Respond quickly and professionally to enquiries from parents and schools Be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls throughout the day to follow up with warm leads (parents and schools). Build relationships with families and explain the value of our accredited programmes Guide parents through the enrolment process with clarity and empathy Work towards enrolment targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience Provide feedback to management to improve sales processes and parent communications

What You Bring

A driven, target-focused attitude and genuine enthusiasm for education Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident phone manner Ability to build trust quickly with parents and decision-makers Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM tools or digital systems Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
